The cinch-it collar is the finest collar you will own…guaranteed. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, return the collar, along with your original receipt for a full refund or exchange.

HOURS OF OPERATION:

If you have any questions about an order you've already placed or received or would like additional information, please call us at 1.425.271.4052, Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 6:00pm Pacific Standard Time.

SHIPPING TERMS:

We make every effort to ship your orders as soon as possible, usually within 48 hours. Please allow up to 7 days for delivery of collars in stock. Backordered items will be shipped as soon as available. Domestic orders are shipped via Fedex ground from Seattle, Washington. International orders are shipped via US Postal Service. Items purchased with credit cards will be charged immediately and funds held until item ships or further notification is provided. Mail orders paid by check will not be shipped until check has cleared. Please contact Customer Service regarding orders being shipped to a foreign address, rush deliveries, or shipments with special instructions.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:
